KFC vs. Tiko Texas - The Day White Twitter Finally Met Black Twitter

The blog life is a curious thing. You never really know which posts are gonna end up catching fire. Take, for instance, the Blindo Battle. Last week on Mailtime I talked about how I never even thought twice about the blog about blind parents and that ended up being a post that launched a career of internet battles. Yesterday was another perfect example. I almost didnt even post that Ariana Grande/Big Sean blog. I knew there’d be a million losers being “is this BarstoolSPORTS or BarstoolTMZ???” because I was posting about celebrity gossip and so I almost didnt bother.

Well thank God I pulled the trigger. Because what ensued on twitter later that evening was a legendary twitter battle that will go down as a historic day for the internet. The day Black Twitter (Tiko Texa$) finally squared off with White Twitter (KFC). A female rapper vs. an internet nerd. It began when Tiko Texa$ called me a “lil BITCH” and it ends with someone donating $100 to fund her $3,000 diss track/music video battling me. PS – This tweet had me rolling. Quite the honor from Tyler. Very flattering. Not many can master both white and black twitter. I feel like the Master Splinter of social media.
